The story behind my tagline being "Going the Extra Mile", is that I am an avid runner. I've been a participant in marathons and half-marathons for over 40 years, and have received many medals for my running skills. I typically run over 500 miles a year and have recently added biking, sailing and kayaking to my workouts.
